Blueberry Gel

1 pint blueberries
2 bananas
½ lemon, juiced

Thoroughly purée blueberries, bananas, and lemon juice in blender. Pour into individual custard cups, chill in refrigerator until set.

Banana Bread

1 cup golden flax seeds
1 cup sesame seeds
4 bannanas
2 tablespoons honey or agave
1 pinch cinnamon
1 teaspoons alcohol free vanilla

Grind seeds in coffee/ spice grinder process in food processor with banana, honey/agave, cinnamon & vanilla. Spread mixture onto teflex sheet or parchment paper then place on screen tray in dehydrator. Dehydrate for 12 hours or longer depending on whether you want more of a “cookie” or bread.

Rawldorf Salad

2 apples, chunked
4 stalks celery, sliced
¼ cup onion, thinly sliced
1 avocado, chunked
walnuts
raisins (optional)
2 Tbsp coconut oil/ butter (unrefined, extra virgin, organic)

Mix all ingredients well.

Garlic Asian Style Dressing

1/4 cup unrefined Sesame oil
2 Tbsp Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
2 Tbsp Tamari or Nama Shoyu
pinch of white pepper
1 garlic clove grated (more of less, to taste)
grated fresh ginger

Combine all in jar and shake well. Amounts may be adjusted as needed, this tends to have a "bite". Should keep well in fridge for 1-2 weeks, but will increase in intensity.
